How to use it — six steps
You can be selling within fifteen minutes of downloading.
Download and install
Click the download button, unzip, and run the program. It works on Windows 10 and 11 — no other software needed.
Activate on WhatsApp
On first run the software shows your Machine ID. Send it to us on
WhatsApp +92 345 2819698 and you'll receive your activation code. Enter it once — done forever on that computer.
Create your account and PIN
Set your shop name and a 4–6 digit PIN. From then on you log in on a calculator-style keypad — fast, even with one hand at a busy counter.
You can change the store name and PIN any time in Settings.
Add your stock
Open Inventory → Add, enter the product name, category, purchase and sale price, then just scan each piece's barcode one after another. Four scans = four units in stock, each tracked individually. Duplicates are rejected automatically.
Sell
On the POS screen, scan the barcode of the piece the customer is buying — it appears in the cart with its price. Scan more items, choose the customer (or Walk-in), press Checkout. Stock decreases by itself.
Check reports and back up
Open Sale History for items sold, total sales and profit for any date range, and press Print PDF for a report. In Settings, create a backup file whenever you like — restoring it takes one click.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes — download and install free of charge. Activation is done personally on WhatsApp so every shop gets a working, supported copy.
Which businesses can use it?
Any business that sells products: electronics and appliance stores, garment shops, cosmetics, hardware, pharmacies, general stores. Serial-number tracking is there when you need it (great for items with warranties) and stays out of the way when you don't.
Does it need internet?
No. It runs completely offline. Your sales and stock data stay on your own computer — nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Do I need a special barcode scanner?
Any ordinary USB barcode scanner works — even ones without an Enter key. You can also type codes on the keyboard.
What if I change or format my computer?
The license is locked to one machine. Message us on WhatsApp with your new Machine ID and we'll issue a fresh activation code. Restore your backup file and you're back exactly where you left off.
Can I get changes made for my business?
Yes — custom features, receipt formats and integrations are available. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss.
